FAQs

  • What are your hours of operation?
  • We operate 24 hours, 7 days a week. If you require a shuttle outside of our office hours, please book at least 12 hours ahead.
    Our office hours are:
    Mon - Friday: 7am - 5:30pm
    Sat, Sun & Public Holiday: 8am - 2pm
    If you have made a last minute booking with check in less than 12 hours away, outside of office hours, please call/text us
  • What if my flight is delayed? Will you still come and get me from Perth Airport?
  • If you have a delayed flight please let us know with as much notice as possible. If your flight is delayed we won't leave you stranded at Perth Airport. Our staff will wait for you to return and bring you back to AirportParking4Less base.
  • How long before I travel do I need to make a booking?
  • We recommend that you leave as much time as possible to make a booking. We prefer bookings to be made at least 24 hours in advance. Click here to make a booking.
  • How do I get to Perth Airport from the AirportParking4Less base?
  • A AirportParking4Less bus will take you to Perth Airport on arrival at base. When you return to Perth Airport and have collected you luggage, simply call us and we will come and collect you.
  • How do I make a booking?
  • To make an online booking simply click on the bookings tab at the top of the page. Phone bookings can be made during our office hours by calling us on 08 9475 0600.
  • How much time should I allow to arrive at the airport before check in closes?
  • We recommend that you arrive at AirportParking4Less base at least 30 minutes prior to check in closing. The trip to Perth Airport usually takes around 5 minutes, however we recommend you leave extra time to allow for traffic at Perth Airport.
  • How are your rates charged?
  • As per the industry standard, our rates are charged per calendar day or part thereof. For example, if you were to park your car on a Monday morning and return that same night that would be considered as 1 day parking. If you were to park your car on a Monday and return the next day (Tuesday) then that would be considered as 2 days parking, etc.
  • What do I do when I arrive at AirportParking4Less base?
  • When you arrive at AirportParking4Less base, simply park your car in one of the marked spaces at the front of the building and enter reception. Our reception staff will then get you to sign your receipt and promptly transfer you to Perth Airport.
  • When I return to Perth Airport, how do I get back to AirportParking4Less?
  • When you return to Perth Airport, have collected your luggage and/or cleared all stages of immigration/customs (for International passengers) then simply give us call on 08 9475 0600. We will instruct you on which bus zone to wait in and then come an collect you in our AirportParking4Less shuttle.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
  • Booking may be cancelled for whatever reason at any time up to 24 hours prior to the start of the booking period. You will receive a refund subject to a minimum 24 hour notice (2% admin fee is non refundable). Cancellation must be made by emailing us at bookings@airportparking4less.com.au
